1. You will receive an excited email from me welcoming you to the program!
2. Sign my online waiver and choose between 'GYM' or 'HOME' or 'RUNNER' workouts.
3. You then get immediate access to the app, the workouts and the community. So that you can familiarize yourself with the system and don't have to wait until April 7th, you can get started right away!!

Here are a few answers to our most common questions
If you are serious about putting yourself and your fitness goals first, then YES, you can do this!
Each week you will have access to 4 NEW workouts that range from 15-45min. You get the benefit of a structured program with the flexibility you need to move the workouts around to fit YOUR schedule.
You'll get access to the app as soon as you enroll! The first week of the program kicks off on April 7th! This is an ongoing, membership-based program. So, as long as you keep your membership active, you will continue getting new weekly workouts, as well as access to the ZOOM/recorded workouts and LIVE Q&As!
This program is best completed when you have access to a gym and its full selection of equipment. However, you can make this program work from home and/or with minimal equipment, as you can choose to have access to 'gym' or 'home' based workouts.
I recommend that you have access to these 4 items as a minimum:

Workouts will be uploaded to your personalized app. All exercises have easy-to-follow video instruction. You can track your progress within the app - I will also see this ;)
You have access to Direct Message me 24/7 through the training app.
And all group communication and challenges will be delivered through the Online Community (Might Networks).
You will have access to the program, the members only video vault and the app for as long as you keep your membership active. However, you will have lifetime access to the main feed in our Online Community.
